Buildings &
Grounds is a subcommittee to the Finance Committee.
Buildings &
Grounds is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the
parish buildings, and any construction, renovation or addition to
these buildings.
When expenditures for these are required, the Buildings and Grounds
representative will research what is needed and call for estimates.
Maintenance of insurance coverage and keeping a current inventory
of fixed and moveable property is also part of the committee's responsibilities.
Parish council
representative for Buildings & Grounds is to be elected during
the even years.
Attendance at the monthly Parish Pastoral Council meetings (third
Tuesday of each month from September to June) is optional.
Meetings and
consultations with the Finance Chairperson and/or Finance Committee
as well as with the Pastor as required.
