The Finance
Committee is responsible for administrating all the financial affairs
of the parish, creating the budget each year and advising parish
council on the financial aspects of major projects.
Information
about financial matters is given to the parish at large through
the weekly bulletin.
Fundraising
is done through a subcommittee of Finance.
Finance meets
monthly with the Parish Minister or Pastor, Parish Secretary and
Parish Council Chairperson to deal with routine financial matters.
They also attend the monthly Parish Council meeting (third Tuesday)
to provide a report and participate in the activities of Parish
Council.
Parish council
chairperson for the Finance Committee is to be elected during the
even years.
